The successful candidate will work closely with individuals and their families to identify personal recovery goals and develop strategies to improve their overall wellbeing. With a strong focus on community engagement, you will work towards building professional relationships with community members and stakeholders to promote inclusion and support.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in social sciences or related disciplines, preferably with prior experience working in the Mental Health industry or community-based organisations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust with individuals and families, while your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our program goals.

As a valued member of our team, you will be offered a competitive salary package, including $43.08 to $46.35 per hour (SCHADS Level 4B), plus leave loading, superannuation, and salary packaging options.
