We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Innovator to join our team in crafting an unforgettable bar experience for our guests. As a key member of our beverage program, you will be responsible for creating signature cocktails that showcase your creativity and expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience as a mixologist in high-end venues or elevated dining establishments, with a passion for crafting visually stunning and delicious cocktails. You will be confident working solo behind the bar, managing all aspects of the bar during service, and upholding impeccable presentation standards for both drinks and the bar itself.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be knowledgeable about spirits, wine, and Italian-inspired flavors, with a willingness to experiment and push the boundaries of cocktail creation.
