We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our bar team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people management skills and be well-versed in mixology techniques.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and working closely with the management team to drive sales growth and optimize beverage costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist the management team in driving sales growth and optimizing beverage costs
  • Lead and inspire the bar team, providing training in mixology techniques and presentation
  • Craft and curate innovative beverage menus that reflect seasonal trends

About You:

  • Minimum 12 months full working rights
  • Certified Manager (ideally) with mixology expertise
  • 1+ years of bartending experience in high-energy venues
