About the Role
This full-time position involves developing and delivering a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fellow educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in our Quality Improvement Plan.
- Promote ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
