Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a dedicated and passionate educator who wishes to deliver high-quality education and care to young children.

The successful applicant will have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our Leadership team to inspire, motivate, and support other educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering an educational program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework, contemporary theories, and our policies and philosophy.
  • Assisting in the planning and assessment of children's learning and development, respecting each child's unique needs.
  • Engaging in pedagogical reflection with colleagues, critically examining each child's learning and development and your own practices.
  • Committing to ongoing professional development, upskilling knowledge and abilities to complete high-quality documentation.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Working with Children Check clearance number.
  • Current First Aid Certificate with anaphylaxis/asthma management training.
  • Completed approved child protection Statement of Attainment.
  • Demonstrated high level of ethical and professional behaviour, including confidentiality and teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with children, families, and staff.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood.

This is a part-time position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and inspiring others to do the same.
