Strategic Transaction Consultant

We are a team of experienced professionals providing corporate, government, and private equity clients with professional transaction advice and services.

Our team has an unrivaled track record in the industry, with the largest dedicated integrations, separations, and transition practice in Oceania.

As a Senior Consultant, you will support and deliver small to medium-sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects.

You will analyze and evaluate a company's financials, manage engagement teams, and lead by key values. You will act as the main point of contact to our clients, reporting directly to Directors and Partners.

You will also support business development activities and collaborate widely with the broader division and other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present key deliverables to clients
  • Identify key client risks and issues
  • Manage engagement teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at building strong working relationships
  • Driven, but with high EQ
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
