About the Role- Provide essential daily living assistance such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to help our clients maintain their independence.
- Offer personal care services including mobility assistance, medication management, and therapy goal support.
- Support clients with transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments and provide respite care for family carers.
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar professional role.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- The ability to work independently and think creatively to find solutions to everyday challenges.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- A guaranteed number of hours and shifts in the Burnside area.
- An award rate of $32.74 per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres.

- An accelerated learning program to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3).
- Paid CPR and First Aid courses.
