Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team, providing high-quality support to older adults in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance such as showering and dressing
  • Support day-to-day tasks including eating and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a team environment that prioritizes resident health and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older adults
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
  • A reliable and flexible team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
