About the Role

The Operations Director will align strategies, plans and policies across the organisation to accelerate delivery, by creating a clear line of sight between the daily work and the organisation's strategic goals. This role requires someone who is familiar with working in the water or energy sector, with a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational direction of multidisciplinary trades, civil and land management operational delivery
  • Contract management with a commercial lens
  • Leading multi-disciplined work groups and managing multiple projects
  • Providing clear direction to others under pressure
