Job Title: Food Service Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced food service manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a busy deli setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and stock rotation to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze trends and implement strategies for increased profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deli experience and confidence in slicing meats.
  • Passion for food and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to report and present to managers regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
