Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned food services professional to manage our school canteen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily canteen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, production and customer service delivery
  • Supervise staff and maintain effective stock control and food safety practices
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions with accuracy

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a cafe or canteen environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cook and prepare a wide range of healthy foods
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check (E) and Food Supervisor's Certificate
  • Covid-19 vaccination
