Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Customer Success team in the ANZ ASEAN region.

This role will oversee the post-sales stages of customer onboarding, utilization, and expansion with enterprise customers who adopt Autodesk solutions.

The successful candidate will develop and execute customer success plans to drive value and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching, listening, and communication skillset and be able to lead change in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Regularly report on team and individual contributor results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong coaching, listening, and communication skills.
  • Able to lead change in a complex business environment.
