Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients.
  3. Provide strategic guidance to clients on product usage and best practices.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and metrics to improve service delivery.
  5. Develop and implement customer success strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
