Job Description

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a technical expert to support our surgical operations. This role will suit individuals with experience in the healthcare sector who are passionate about improving patient outcomes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to customers, attending surgical procedures, and assisting surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of medical equipment.

  1. Be the go-to person in complex knee or hip operations by delivering technical and clinical specialist expertise to our customers.

  2. Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products.

  3. Provide segmentation and planning of Mako cases by using software to prepare preoperative CT data.

  4. Assist in the development of effective treatment plans and strategies.

  • Experience in the healthcare sector.

  • Technical knowledge of medical equipment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
