The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with a recognised 0-3 Montessori qualification. You'll shape the early development of children, setting them on a lifelong path of curiosity and learning.

Position Objective:

As a Montessori Guide, you will develop and deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 18 months to 3 years. You'll provide leadership while working collaboratively with our team and engaging with parents to foster a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a developmentally appropriate Montessori program in consultation with educators and parents.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Supervise and support staff and volunteers, fostering a cooperative team culture.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and program updates.
  • Lead the preparation and upkeep of the Montessori environment.
