We are seeking experienced, imaginative and nurturing Early Childhood Educators who have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care. As an Early Childhood Educator with our organization, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment that promotes the learning and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective team.
- Establish positive relationships with families and communicate effectively with them regarding their child's progress.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of educational programs and services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Experience in engaging children through imaginative play, storytelling and activities.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
