The Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Assistant to drive our marketing efforts and execute activities across the business.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Director and Operations Manager to develop and implement unique marketing strategies that engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate innovative ideas and content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing social media growth campaigns.
  • Create engaging graphics and write captions for social media posts using Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Share relevant LinkedIn articles and content across our network.
  • Engage with and comment on audience and network posts, staying up-to-date with industry updates, notable property sales, and other relevant information.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
  • Create interesting and educational reels and video content for social media channels.
  • Maintain and update the website.
  • Develop blogs and articles to share across our network.
  • Enhance the company's profile across social media, Google, website, and events.
  • Creation and management of monthly newsletters, liaising with copywriters and graphic designers.
  • Facilitate partnerships and research sponsorship opportunities.
  • Research and implement PR opportunities.
  • Generate an annual Property Report for clients and research campaigns to drive inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Creative and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and/or editing tools and Canva.
  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time position.
  • 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Australia work authorisation required.
  • In-person work location.
