Drive Marketing Innovation

A talented and driven Marketing Manager is required to lead our efforts in ANZ, Mexico & Rest of World, with some support for US. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across diverse international markets.


About the Role

You will own, plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales for MONDAY Haircare (Markets: Lead ANZ, MX & ROW, Support US). Key responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with retailers to deliver localised marketing initiatives, supporting key market initiatives within the US market as a key strategic brand priority, working closely with the in-house content team, copy team to create bespoke localized content for marketing campaigns & launches, and delivering targeted local digital ad campaigns to drive sales in each market.

In this role, you will also be responsible for PR and influencer strategies (paid and organic) in each market, guaranteeing accuracy of budget spend, developing strategies and tactics to boost MONDAY's presence and sales in responsible markets, leading brand partnerships, experimenting with various organic and paid partnerships, building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, media, influencers, KOL, agencies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends, developments, and technology.
