Job Overview

We seek a governance professional to provide comprehensive support to our Boards and Committees. This role involves enhancing governance frameworks, drafting and revising board materials, providing legal guidance on corporate matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This position requires strong knowledge of Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and current governance best practices. The successful candidate will be able to provide practical advice on governance matters in a business-focused manner and maintain absolute confidentiality with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our entity, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met
  • Deliver seamless secretarial services, manage board logistics, and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders
  • Mature the corporate governance function through the development and implementation of best practice governance processes
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of corporate governance experience, preferably in ASX-listed companies
  • Previous experience in managing or supporting the delivery of AGMs for listed entities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to draft clear, concise documents
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships with board members and executives
