Maternal and Child Health Nurse Role

This is a casual relieving position available for an experienced Maternal and Child Health Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide child-centered, family-focused support services to families in South Gippsland.

About the Role

The role involves working with clients across various sites in the region, providing maternal and child health nursing services as per the needs of the community. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing maternal and child health nursing services to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and services provided
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a division one nurse and midwife
  • Postgraduate degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing
  • Experience in Maternal and Child Health
  • Knowledge of CDIS software (desirable)
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Satisfactory Police Check
  • Current Working With Children's Check
