Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled administrator to manage workflow, client information and team support in our accounting firm. The successful candidate will work directly with partners and take ownership of improving processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and send engagement letters to clients
- Collate and collect relevant client and third-party information
- Effectively allocate work across the team, including offshore staff
- Coordinate workflow using practice management systems (CCH iFirm)
- Substantial experience in administration within an accounting environment
- Proficiency in using industry leading software (Xero, BGL, CCH iFirm)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills to liaise with partners, accountants, clients and offshore staff
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to workflow management
