Job Description

As a seasoned Business Process Consultant, you will apply structured analysis methodologies to collect and document internal technical and business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
  • Assist in creating UAT test scripts and coordinate testing activities to support timely delivery of requirements.
  • Work with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between operational areas and IT groups to achieve data integrity and alignment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a role requiring expert business process analysis skills, preferably within an Agile framework.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and elicit outcomes from stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
