Mining Training Superintendent Role

The Mining Training Superintendent plays a crucial role in supporting onsite operations. As a key member of the Training & Development team, you will lead a passionate and committed team responsible for providing technical training to operational business units across Australia.

  • Current Cert IV TAE qualification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years Mining experience, preferably with Surface, Underground and Drill & Blast expertise.
  • Technical knowledge of mining equipment operations with competency in operation of a range of machinery.
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to lead a team of trainers and collaborate effectively with site Project Managers and Training teams to build workforce capability.
