Job Title: Advanced Mining Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an Advanced Mining Operations Manager, your work will have a significant impact on the success of our global team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our mine sites in utilizing MineStar technology to maximize productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of site-based employees to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Maintain key site performance metrics, including MineStar technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, MineStar fleet productivity and safety.
  • Partner with the MineStar Product Support team to report any suspected product defects, collect MineStar troubleshooting data, and define interim corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address customer needs and ensure dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy.
  • Advise on strategic direction for proper equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.

  • Ability to partner with dealers and customers to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience with MineStar technology and underground mining operations.
