Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for packaging business and home loan transactions for our clients and presenting them to funders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop business relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify potential business and home loan opportunities.
- Submit proposals to funders on behalf of clients and act as the primary point of contact for client queries and commercial lending advice.
- Provide professional debt advisory services to a range of clients, including business and home loan solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business and retail/home loans within a bank or broker house.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or a Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking).
