Findex is a leading provider of integrated financial services, offering a comprehensive range of wealth management, investment, lending, and insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Adviser to join our team, who will be responsible for packaging business and home loan transactions for our Findex customers and presenting them to funders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and promote Findex offerings to ensure growth, profitability, and customer service targets are met.
  • Identify potential and future equipment finance, home loans, and small business loans with existing Findex customers and prospects.
  • Submit proposals to funders on behalf of clients and act as the first point of contact for client queries and commercial lending advice.
  • Provide professional debt advisory services to a range of Findex customers.
  • Develop both internal and external referral sources, particularly via digital channels such as Teams.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in business and retail/home loans within a bank or broker house.
  • A results-driven team player with strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience of credit writing and experience with using Excel, Word, and standard Microsoft applications.
  • Solid ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or a Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking).
