Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote Findex's financial solutions to ensure growth, profitability, and customer service targets are met.
  • Identify potential business and home loan opportunities with existing Findex customers and prospects.
  • Submit proposals to funders on behalf of clients and serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and commercial lending advice.
  • Provide professional debt advisory services to a range of Findex customers.
  • Establish and maintain a network of internal and external referral sources, particularly through digital channels.
Requirements
  • A solid background in business and retail/home loans within a bank or broker house.
  • A results-driven team player with strong business acumen and a proactive approach.
  • Proven experience in credit writing and proficiency in using Excel, Word, and standard Microsoft applications.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or a Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking).
