Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Test Assurance Specialist to join our team of testers.

This role requires the ability to quickly learn new applications, along with excellent time management skills to plan, execute, and report on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a test team across cutting-edge technologies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Create detailed test cases and manage defect triage processes.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Review and analyze project requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience testing commercial off-the-shelf products such as Microsoft CRM or SAP Concur.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, roles, and responsibilities within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong skills in analyzing requirements, planning and executing tests, and raising and resolving defects.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA or DevOps.
  • Knowledge of test automation techniques and tools.
