At the heart of our organization lies a vital role: corporate communications adviser.

The Corporate Communications Adviser supports leadership initiatives, managing intranet content, disseminating internal news, and overseeing branding efforts while contributing to the development of annual reports for the organization.

This position primarily supports the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and helps develop internal communication guidelines, train team members, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing corporate messages, collaborating on communication flow, and supporting internal project strategies.
  • Developing, implementing, and measuring internal communication strategies that build upon existing initiatives and drive an engaged and informed workplace.
  • Developing clear and engaging content to communicate complex information and concepts to a range of audiences via different mediums and channels.

About You:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in creating and implementing comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve internal communication channels and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a communications team or similar.
