The Banking/Treasury Analyst is a key position within our Investment Advisory practice, providing high-quality banking support to our clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Creating client batches within the ANZ Transactive system or NAB Connect
- Obtaining current account balances and preparing authorization sheets
- Ensuring payment cut-off times are met
- Creating new term deposits with the bank
- Maintaining records relating to existing deposits in the Xplan system
- Receiving and preparing cheques and verifying cheque requests
- Writing manual cheques and obtaining authorised signatories
- Printing reconciliation reports and signing off completed bank reconciliations
- Filing all relevant paperwork as required
We are seeking a proven administrator with previous experience in a banking or administration role within a financial planning/investment services environment. You will have strong administrative skills and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
You will also have advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience working with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan). A positive team player with strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
