Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in steel fabrication and construction.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
  • Optimise resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial reporting.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management and EPCM frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes and industry standards.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of AUD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
