About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P-8a Fleet Planner to join our team at The Boeing Company. As a key member of our aviation maintenance and upgrade planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term optimization of fleet availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the P-8a Program in the proactive development of strategic and tactical aircraft maintenance and upgrade fleet plans.
  • Conduct fleet planning modeling and analysis to develop recommendations that optimize workforce and facilities constraints to achieve fleet availability requirements.
  • Conduct capability-optimized 'what if?' analysis for future maintenance and upgrade program scenarios.
  • Prepare impact statements and respond to short-notice changes impacting aircraft maintenance and/or support system planning.
  • Analyze maintenance program data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to improve fleet availability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate fleet plans, performance, and value-based recommendations to senior management.
  • Build positive relationships to enable fleet planning integration across the P-8a enterprise.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance scheduling or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage, interpret, and present data for informed decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
