Regional Program Officer

This is a part-time Regional Program Officer position with the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation. The successful candidate will be based in Horsham and work closely with community members to deliver our Leaders of the Pack programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate local promotion and registration of the program.
  • Build relationships with key organisations, schools, students, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance to program participants and volunteers.
  • Identify and assist to mitigate risks to participants and the program.
  • Engage with local sporting clubs in regional Victoria areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Youth Work, Social Work, or related fields preferred.
  • Organised and efficient administration skills and time management.
  • Workshop facilitation skills.
