A leading superannuation fund is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Manager to play a critical role in managing risk. This 6-month contract position will be key to ensuring the right balance of risk-taking to deliver on strategic objectives.
About the Role- Lead a team to ensure first-line risk management aligns with the Fund's risk framework, including business risk identification and management, risk profiling, risk reporting, and incident response.
- Manage controls, including design, implementation, testing, and oversight for material risks across the domain.
- Provide insights into enterprise risks as required.
- Develop and deliver practical advice and guidance for risk management to enhance risk maturity.
Fostering a culture of risk awareness, you will oversee the development and delivery of a control testing plan for the domain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Risk Team to ensure compliance with the Fund's Risk Management Framework
- Design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks
- Contribute to the identification and assessment of enterprise risks
