Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Port Lincoln Hospital in the Eyre and Far North region of South Australia.
This dynamic role will see you providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients in a supportive environment. You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and develop your clinical skills and professional practice through ongoing experience and development.
- Providing evidence-based care to a diverse patient group with varying levels of complexity.
- Developing and implementing care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
- Mentoring Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practice is maintained.

- A current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
