About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Emergency Short Stay Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in the Emergency Short Stay Unit, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess patients' requirements and develop individualized care plans, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an emergency or short stay unit setting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
