Business Transformation Projects Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Transformations team as a Projects – Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation through innovative project management, business analysis, change management, and benefits realisation.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and coordinate a spectrum of projects, from enterprise software implementations to business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Project Management: Utilise your expertise in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management activities to foster adoption and ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Benefits Realisation: Drive benefits realisation efforts, measuring and reporting on project outcomes to ensure business benefits are achieved.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced 'projects all-rounder' with a blend of project management and business analysis skills. You will have a passion for delivering impactful outcomes across various project domains and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis, ideally within corporate or IT environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse groups.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or related fields, or equivalent extensive experience in project delivery and management.
- Certifications: Certification or training relevant to specialised areas (e.g., certifications in PRINCE2 for project management, Prosci for change management, training in BABOK for business analysis) are highly desirable.
