Additionally, you will negotiate with, influence, develop and maintain effective liaison and relationships with DTP staff, contractors, stakeholders, and the public by leading programs to develop staff awareness and application of customer service standards, guidelines, and strategies.

Furthermore, you will effectively manage, motivate, and develop employees by identifying capability development needs and providing appropriately challenging targets that encourage improved operational efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
