About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to manage various administrative tasks and ensure a seamless assessment process for damaged vehicles.

As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with on-site assessors, cross-functional teams, and internal/external stakeholders to optimize claims efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with repairers and tow operators to facilitate mutual understanding and progress claims efficiently.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks required for assessments to be completed in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to best practice documented processes with a strong emphasis on compliance.
  • Identify and address customer dissatisfaction through complaint management systems and protocols.
  • Review and implement controls with a focus on cost reduction.
  • Manage front-of-house relationships and process quotes for assessments.
  • Optimize the customer journey for vehicles at our hub and control pathing for repairable vehicles into our repairer network.

  • Strong computer skills with previous experience working with industry-specific programs or the ability to quickly learn necessary systems.
  • Proven ability to display strong customer focus skills and effectively prioritize tasks while managing workload adaptably.
  • A team player with a demonstrated professional approach to work.
  • Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the FSR environment.
