About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Member Strategy and Performance team.

This pivotal role will drive analytics, insights, and reporting across the Members Line of Business, enabling business decisions and delivering improved outcomes for members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define an integrated analytics strategy across the Line of Business aligned with objectives.
  • Aggregate, analyse, and mine internal and external data sources to develop actionable insights.
  • Drive the identification and sharing of insights that impact core enterprise targets.
  • Enhance the way insights are visualised and communicated, ensuring clarity and impact across the organisation.
  • Engage executive-level stakeholders on performance related to forecasted targets and outcomes.
  • Oversee external agency research and data work to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate deeply with data and AI centres of excellence to drive design and governance of advanced analytics models.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
About You

We'll be looking for someone with extensive experience leading data-related capabilities such as governance, analysis, research, insights, and reporting.

You should have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

You should also be passionate about translating data-driven insights and evidence to inspire improved performance towards organisational strategic goals.

Your communication and interpersonal skills are strong, allowing you to influence, build, and maintain positive senior stakeholder relationships, and facilitate effective communication within a team environment.
