Lead Marketing Strategist

The role of Lead Marketing Strategist is a pivotal position that demands leadership, expertise, and innovative thinking to drive business growth and expansion.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing blueprints to amplify brand recognition and identify target customer segments in various global markets. Key responsibilities include delivering cutting-edge digital initiatives, driving strategic planning for price, product, place, and promotion, showcasing expertise in brand development, leveraging data to inform decision-making, coaching and mentoring a tight-knit team, and championing marketing efforts across the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working across multiple global markets
  • A track record of driving sustained growth through integrated customer marketing initiatives
  • Deep expertise in CX/CRM and analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse teams locally and offshore
  • The capacity to make decisions that count and deliver programs within agreed timeframes

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Best Practice Marketing Blueprints: Create multi-channel marketing strategies to amplify brand recognition and attract target customer segments in each geography
  2. Deliver Cutting-Edge Digital Initiatives: Showcase expertise in best practice methodologies to drive compelling online experiences
  3. Drive Strategic Planning: Coordinate price, product, place, and promotion strategic planning to achieve business objectives
  4. Showcase Expertise in Brand Development: Utilize industry knowledge to develop and implement effective brand development strategies
  5. Leverage Data to Inform Decision-Making: Analyze data to inform and make effective decisions that drive business growth
  6. Cultivate Team Performance: Coach and mentor a tight-knit team to deliver individual, customer, and business success
  7. Champion Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the leadership team to promote marketing efforts and influence strategy
