Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Development Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children by shaping their development in a lively and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children that fosters their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Co-design and facilitate activities that promote learning and creativity, encouraging children to explore and discover new things.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care, providing a nurturing and secure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education, with a focus on holistic development and child-centered practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid) and a Certificate III level qualification minimum as recognized by ACECQA, completed or working towards.
  • Australian work rights and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
