Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our educational community, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to our young learners.

The ideal candidate will have a Cert 3 in Early Childhood and at least one year of experience working as an Educator in a childcare service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily care routines and programs for individual children and groups
  • Buid trusting and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's unique needs and interests
