Job Title:

Financial Accountant

Job Description:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and attention to detail.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, record maintenance, and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed, maintaining transparency and cooperation.
  • Continuously improve accounting systems and processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
  • Excel in Excel skills, with ability to manipulate data and create informative reports.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Display strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels.
