The day-to-day tasks

  • Entering and allocating accounting transactions for self-managed super funds (SMSFs)
  • Undertaking bank and investment reconciliations
  • Interacting with clients over email and the phone
  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns for SMSFs
  • Working on rollovers, contributions, pensions and lump sums for funds
  • Liaising with third parties such as the Australian Tax Office and financial institutions
  • Accurate record keeping, processing and system management, and
  • Supporting our network of financial and investment advisers.

About you

Key requirements

  1. A relevant Bachelor's degree (Commerce or similar) with a major in Accounting
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. A willingness to learn
  5. Your ability to manage competing priorities
  6. Your self-driven approach
