National Customer Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for overseeing the customer service operations nationwide, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by developing and implementing effective service strategies and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service management, preferably within the agribusiness or related industry. They will also possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
