Job Title: Office Operations Manager

The role of Office Operations Manager is available in a leading healthcare organisation.

About the Role:

  • Supervise administrative staff, including rostering, coordinating workflow, delegating duties, monitoring and providing feedback on work quantity and quality.
  • Lead administrative staff by conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure adequate and efficient levels of clerical staff in the department.
  • Organise staff meetings, including preparing agendas.
  • Exercise initiative, autonomy and judgement to coordinate daily activities and set priorities, organise overall workload to achieve agreed objectives.

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, judgement and be flexible.
  • Experience with hospital-based computer information systems.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
