About The RoleWe are seeking a People Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a People Partner, you will provide strategic HR support to key business areas, partnering on projects related to culture, remuneration, engagement, and organizational design. You will also contribute to the development of our HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities- Strategic HR Consulting: Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders within your assigned business area.
- HR Generalist Support: Collaborate with HR generalists to execute life cycle activities, including remuneration reviews, respect at work initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Project Management: Contribute to people-related projects, supporting various HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution.
- HR System Support: Assist with the readiness for the implementation of a new HR system, focusing on strong process foundations and data integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the review of resources available for leaders and employees, ensuring they are current and user-friendly.
- Significant experience as an HR Generalist, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and build strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes.
- Experience working in a large and complex organization.
- Comfortable working autonomously on allocated tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, such as SAP.
