  • You will develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans that promote client autonomy and well-being.
  • Your comprehensive assessments of residents will ensure accurate and timely identification of needs and development of tailored care strategies.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will assist with the orientation of new staff and facilitate ongoing professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • You will work collaboratively to ensure the service meets all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
  • Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated clinical expertise.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with the care team and provide coordinated care.
  • Confidence in managing conflict, pressures, and competing priorities.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership, support, and mentorship to other team members.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in community funding is highly desirable.
