Lead Veterinary Expert

Greencross Vets invites an experienced veterinarian to take on a leadership role as Regional Clinical Director in Brisbane. This position involves influencing clinical standards, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving meaningful change across regional clinics.


Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate with veterinary teams to assess needs, develop strategies, and build strong relationships.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
